GTI is seeking the acquisition of companies and product lines that meet the specifications outlined below.
- Manufacturers of custom inductive components or devices.
- Market segments that are new to GTI, or a solid enhancement to our existing markets.
- New products of diversification for GTI; however, within the current markets we serve.
- Sales $1 million to $15 million range.
- Experienced management has to be available to transition with new owners.
The Company's long-range corporate objective is to enhance its existing business through the acquisition of companies with product related to current technologies, markets, and distribution methods, that are currently operating in Canada, Mexico or USA.
Profitable, well-managed businesses are desired. Mergers and/or acquisitions will be considered on the assumption that GTI will be the surviving corporation or major shareholder.

- Texas Transformer - Plano, Texas (1997)
